The map-based application developed within the framework of the Housing Affordability Study compiles data on housing prices, incomes, and the condition of the housing stock across neighbourhoods and local municipalities over time. The application enables analysis of housing affordability, sales transaction volumes, renovation activity, and building energy performance, providing visual support for comparing regional differences and informing planning decisions.

Up-to-date and high-quality data are needed to study spatial mobility. The goal of IMO is to develop an innovative data infrastructure supporting mobility research, integrating geographically and longitudinally diverse national statistics and innovative IT data sources.
